IMPACT is a one-day event that will urge church leaders to identify those called to ministry, break new ground in disciple-making, shape congregations with purpose, and work diligently in advancing God's Kingdom.

The waves of ministry can affect our lives in ways we can and cannot see. Some waves are visible above the surface, while others are hidden deep below, unseen. Our love may have grown cold and distant, turning us bitter, icy, and hard. We may be comfortable in our cold, but Jesus has called us out of death into abundant life. One drop of encouragement from someone who truly sees and values us can impact us. One conversation can melt our hearts. One moment can ripple into our churches, communities, and our state.
