This session will look at the necessary documents that all churches should have and their order of importance, as well as why parliamentary procedure can be a blessing for your church. We will look at Articles of Incorporation, bylaws (and their legality), and a quick overview of Robert’s Rules, and how to improve one’s skill at using parliamentary procedure to avoid conflicts in different settings. We will look at why growing in our knowledge in these areas will make us better leaders in the local church.
