This conference will focus on two specific areas. First, it will help student pastors develop a strategy to create a leadership development pathway with their students, enabling them to identify and intentionally invest in emerging leaders. Second, it will help student pastors better understand how they can impact the local school campus and connect with student leaders and influencers.
