This breakout session focuses on the strategy of pastoring your local neighborhood, recognizing that you often become someone’s spiritual guide before they step inside your church.
It outlines a pipeline that flows from evangelism to discipleship and eventually to meaningful church participation. While this strategy may initially seem time-consuming or unproductive, it is a proven method to:

• Serve the community effectively.
• Improve your church’s perception within the neighborhood.
• Lead people to Jesus, growth, and spiritual maturity.
